DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Toucan uses a number of delivery partners across Australia to ensure we offer you the best delivery price and safest shipping service.
We have fixed shipping prices on our prints and smaller décor items. On larger items and Rattan Furnishings our shipping rates are calculated based on delivery location and the size & weight of your item. The appropriate charge will be automatically applied at checkout. We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
Our larger rattan furniture will be delivered by Courier. All other items will be delivered through Australia Post. Tracking will be provided on our website. If you are unable to accept the delivery, please leave a message upon checkout for a safe place to leave your product.
DISPATCH TIMES
Once you have placed your order, please allow 2 - 4 business days for product dispatch. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched on arrival and we will endeavour to provide an ETA on our website.
